Refund policy
At Nyrozon, we strive to provide quality products and a great shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories and tags
Nyrozon reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personal care products
- Items marked as non-returnable
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
