3. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after:

Nyrozon reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as:

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Nyrozon accepts payments through secure payment gateways including:

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.

Refunds for COD orders will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Nyrozon ships products across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Courier service issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • Natural disasters
    • Other unforeseen circumstances

Once the order is dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


General guidelines include:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
